FAQ- Shipping and Returns

We hope you love your purchase from JM Drygoods. All items will be shipped within 5 days of purchase and sent via UPS Ground with tracking available. Only wearable items may be returned within 2 weeks of receiving. All other items are final purchase.

If you would like to return an unworn clothing item, email and we will send you return address/instructions.

Please send unworn clothing returns postdated within 2 weeks along with an email notification to michelle@jmdrygoods.com

All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged.

We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. JMDG is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item is damaged in the mail. Once received, your payment will be refunded.
